Review fine notices and prepare the objection within the deadline

The agent team reads the fine notice (Bußgeldbescheid), calculates the objection deadline and prepares the objection and the request for access to the case file. It checks the measurement against the method and device used. You approve and appear at the main hearing.

A two-week objection deadline is short

Traffic fine cases are volume work with tight deadlines. If the client wants to contest a notice, the objection has to be lodged within two weeks of service. On top of that come access to the case file and a check of the measurement. With many cases, the outcome often depends on whether the file is on the desk in time.

What changes in the firm

The objection deadline is fixed on arrival

rightflow calculates it as soon as the notice arrives and enters it in the calendar.

Measurement method checked in every file

The check follows the device used and its typical sources of error.

A frank assessment

If the measurement cannot be challenged, the team tells you before you put time into a case with no prospect of success.

Paperless client intake

The client signs the power of attorney and questionnaire digitally in the portal.

For firms with many traffic fine cases

  • Traffic law firms with many fine cases, where every file goes through the same steps.
  • Lawyers in networks and associations who handle cases nationwide against regional fine authorities.
  • In-house legal departments of companies with large fleets and ongoing proceedings.
  • Firms that work for legal expenses insurers and handle cover confirmation and coordination with the insurer in the file.
