Principles

How we build AI for law firms

rightflow works with data that is subject to professional secrecy and prepares letters that a lawyer answers for. That leads to six principles against which we measure every feature.

  1. 01

    The lawyer decides.

Anything that leaves the firm waits for a person to approve it. Decisions that require legal judgement are put to the lawyer.

  2. 02

    Every entry has a source.

Every amount, date and reference in the file points to the document it comes from. If a source is missing, the file says so.

  3. 03

    Uncertainty is stated.

If documents contradict each other or something is missing, the agent team asks. It shows the options and explains its recommendation. The firm makes the decision.

  4. 04

    Rules require consent.

rightflow derives proposed rules from corrections. They only take effect once the firm has confirmed them.

  5. 05

Client data is stored in the EU.

Data is stored in Germany, with geo-redundant backups.

  6. 06

We build on real case files.

New features are developed with firms that use rightflow every day and have to prove themselves there before everyone gets them.

See what this looks like in practice.

In the demo we use a case file to show you how sources, questions and approvals work.
