How it works

How rightflow works a case file

A team of AI agents works the file from intake to close: reading, filing, checking figures, tracking deadlines, drafting letters and pleadings. What is left for you is the last step: one click on “Approve”, and it goes out. You can step in at any point.

The principle

The agentic operating system for law firms

rightflow isn't a chat you type questions into. It's the system your case files run in: the AI keeps every file in view, works whenever something needs doing, asks when it isn't sure and puts everything to you for approval.

  1. 01

    A document arrives

By e-mail, as an upload or via beA. rightflow recognises the file from the reference number, the claim number or the parties, and opens a new one if none matches. Nobody has to sort anything.

    The documents are read

Amounts, dates, reference numbers and parties go into the fields of the file. Every entry points to the passage in the original document it comes from. Nobody has to retype anything.

    Deadlines are calculated and tracked

rightflow calculates deadlines with advance notice, schedules follow-ups and chases when a reply doesn't arrive. You confirm a deadline with one click or have it confirmed automatically. Both are logged.

One click on Approve, and it goes out

A letter to the insurer, a breakdown of the claim, an update for the client: everything sits ready in the file, on your letterhead and backed by sources. One click on “Approve”, and rightflow sends it by e-mail or beA. If you want to step in, you edit or reject the draft.

    Even the pleading is ready

If a case has to go to court, rightflow drafts the complete pleading, with a handover memo for you. The lawyer reads it, approves with one click, and it goes out through the firm's beA.

Digital twin

A digital twin of your firm

During setup we model your firm in rightflow: workflows, templates, house rules, responsibilities and the knowledge of your specialists. This digital twin is kept securely in your own environment. From then on the agent team works the way your firm works, around the clock. Your staff and experts judge, approve and curate what the team learns.

Your firm in rightflow, kept securely in your own environment

Agent team, around the clock

Works the files the way your firm would.

Your role
  • Judge

Where legal judgement is needed, you decide.

  • Approve

Nothing leaves the firm without your approval.

  • Curate what it learns

You confirm or discard what the team derives from corrections.

Tasks

What the agent team takes on

The exact tasks depend on the case type. These are almost always part of it:

  • Match e-mails, uploads and beA messages to the right file, or open a new one. Read expert reports, invoices, notices and letters, including scanned pages.

Your decisions

What always stays with you

rightflow makes no decision that a lawyer has to make. These points are always yours:

  • whether a letter, e-mail or beA message goes out
  • which deadlines apply
  • whether money is paid out, optionally under the four-eyes principle
  • whether a file is closed or reopened
  • whether a rule that rightflow derives from your corrections applies in future

Learning from corrections

Your corrections become rules, if you want them to

When you reject a draft, you give a short reason. rightflow turns it into a proposed rule for future files.

The rule only takes effect once it has been confirmed in your firm. That way it stays clear why rightflow does something a certain way.

Example

Rejection: “Always put the claim number in the subject line for this insurer.” Proposal: a rule for all letters to this insurer. Your firm confirms it, and from then on it applies.

The agent team

One team per case type

Each case type has its own team. A coordinating agent keeps track of the file and hands work to specialists. The roles differ by case type; typical ones are:

Coordination
  1. 01
    Documents

Reads incoming documents and enters the information in the file with its source.

  2. 02
    Review

Cross-checks information, for example the invoice against the expert report or the notice against the measurement log.

  3. 03
    Drafting

Prepares letters based on your templates.

  4. 04
    Deadlines

Calculates deadlines, schedules follow-ups and chases replies.
